Refund/ Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Dada’s Dabba Private Limited (“Dada’s Dabba”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide freshlyprepared, high-quality meals. Since food is a perishable item, cancellations and refunds / replacements are governed by the policy outlined below. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Refund/ Replacement & Cancellation Policy.

1. Order Cancellation Policy:

a) Before Food Preparation
 Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation begins, i.e. by 4:00 am on same day.
 Once preparation has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
b) After Food Preparation
 Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has commenced.
 No refund shall be issued for such cancellations.

2. Refund/ Replacement Eligibility:

Refund/ Replacement may be considered only in the following situations, subject to verification:
 Wrong item delivered.
 Missing item(s) in the order.
 Order not delivered despite successful payment.
Refund/ Replacement requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable ScenariosRefunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

 Change of mind after 11:00 pm on previous day for lunch & 10:00 am on same day for dinner.
 Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, unforeseen road incidents or third-party deliverypartners.
 Taste, difference from given images or personal preference-related complaints.
 Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
 Failure to accept delivery at the provided location.
 Quality issues arising due to delayed consumption, improper storage, or reheating.

4. Refund Process:

 Customers must contact us with order details and relevant information (photos/videos ifrequired).
 Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 Approval or rejection of the refund shall be at the sole discretion of Dada’s Dabba.

5. Mode & Timeline of Refund:

 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
 Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways and typically take 5–10 working days.
 No cash refunds will be issued for digital payments.

6. Orders via Third-Party Platforms:

 Orders placed through food delivery platforms shall be governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies.
 Dada’s Dabba shall not be responsible for refund decisions made by third-party platforms.

7. Partial Refunds:

In case of missing or incorrect items, we may offer:
 Partial refund for the affected item(s), or
 Replacement, subject to feasibility
The mode of resolution shall be decided by Dada’s Dabba.

8. Fraud & Abuse:

 Any misuse of the refund policy, false claims, or fraudulent activity may result in:
o Rejection of refund requests.
o Suspension or blocking of customer access.

9. Policy Modifications:

Dada’s Dabba reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
